At PELLADOR IRELAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and securely seal them in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location across Ireland.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
